ServicesCONSULTATION The initial consultation will consist of an in-depth intake on your child’s history. The appointment is ONLY with the parents. Parents will be asked to fill out a history form so we can gain information on your child. After a careful evaluation is done, we will go through the doctor selection process to help select which type of doctor(s) will be most appropriate for your child. This is an in-depth appointment that runs about 1.5 hours.
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS We will discuss your child’s progress as well as any other new concerns and questions that you would like answered. These appointments are 50 minutes.
PHONE AND SKYPE SESSIONS Available to Long Distance Clients
CANCELLATION A 24 Hour Cancellation Policy is required for all appointments.
